The ADS Tri-State Chapter is proud to announce our Father’s Day Event taking place on June 20th 2010 “Rain or Shine” at the Turkey Swamp Park in Freehold Township, NJ from 11:00AM to 5:00PM.

The ADS Tri-State Chapter has rented out a county park facility, Sandy Run Area, at Turkey Swamp Park for our Father's Day Celebration Event.  The Sports committee is planning a wide range of activities and entertainment options. There is a wonderful array of activities and fun competitive games for everyone to participate in. 

 This event is sure to be exciting, fun and memorable. Please remember that this is rain or shine event since we do have an enclosed area in the event of rain. Nothing will stand in the way of all the fun!! 

 Please Download Form and submit by June 18th or complete and submit the RSVP form at the end of this email.  It is critical that everyone RSVPs so that we can manage the event accordingly.

 To date, we have received a tremendous response from the community from those members that would like to donate and pledge specific food and picnic items for our Father’s Day Event.

 In the spirit of bringing our community together and based on the generous pledges and donations from our community, we would like to announce that there will be no event charge for the Father’s Day Event.  In the spirit of this generosity, we would courteously request a recommended donation of $20 per person.  Your donation will go directly into the ADS Tri-State Chapter Center Development Fund.

 Please complete this form and submit it with your donation to the ADS Tri-State Chapter as indicated at the bottom.  To ensure placement you must RSVP and submit your registration form by June 18th.
